Exhibiting at Event Tech Live London
Last week we were pleased to be at Event Tech Live London 2023, showcasing our product Broadcast Bridge. (It was our first expo! Read about how we planned for it here)
Marco and Ellie ready to chat to people about Broadcast Bridge
What is Event Tech Live?
Event Tech Live is designed especially for events professionals whose roles focus on the technology end of things, so the attendees can be anyone from events organisers to production crews, logistics and rental companies to software developers. 📹🎤📋
It also had a section dedicated to sustainable events, called Event Sustainability Live, which was full of great sustainability talks and eco-friendly alternatives for event organisers. ♻️

How does Broadcast Bridge help event industry professionals?
Broadcast Bridge eliminates the pain of Teams and Zoom that most AV crews face when they’re working on live, hybrid and virtual events.
It’s designed to connect seamlessly with the AV team’s vision mixing software (VMix, OBS etc), giving them much more flexibility and control when bringing remote participants to the stage (or screen when it’s a fully virtual event).
At Everycast Labs, we understand that people want to stream high quality AV output at events without being locked into a long-term contract, so we’ve made sure our pricing reflects that. And there are no hardware tie-ins for running Broadcast Bridge, so you can download the software and get set up without delay. 🚀
It was a delight to meet lots of events professionals interested in taking the presentation of their remote speakers to the next level. 🤝
If you’re tired of using tools built for meetings for your hybrid events, check out Broadcast Bridge. If you’ve got questions, just drop us a line: [email protected]

What did we learn?
We learned lots! Here’s some highlights:
- Everyone in the events industry is super-friendly and up for a geeky chat (our favourite)
- There are more technical people at Event Tech Live than we originally imagined
- AI is everywhere, even in IRL events
- Hybrid events are still very much alive and kicking, and it’s not a dead avenue if we work together as an industry to make hybrid better
- We’ll be prioritising comfortable seating to save our legs at the stand next year 😂

Would we go back?
Absolutely! It was a great event with lots of awesome, very engaged attendees. We loved meeting everyone and can’t wait to do it again next year 💙
